Denis Usher Partner, US Capital Markets Group Leader

Denis has over 30 years of experience providing audit and assurance services to multinational groups, His unique blend of US and international experience along with his extensive experience in auditing in the capital markets environment provides clients with a valuable global perspective.

Denis’s expertise has been focused on audit and assurance of US listed and large subsidiaries of foreign listed groups across Europe, Asia, and the United States.

Prior to joining Mazars in the US, he was the Managing Partner of Mazars Singapore and the head of the Mazars US Desk and the regional training campus in Asia Pacific.

Previously, Denis held roles at both Big 4 and large regional accounting firms in the US.

Denis holds a BS in accountancy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and an EMBA from Mazars NextMBA. He is fluent in English and French.
